1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Knlock, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.
2. Description of Service
Knlock is an educational SaaS product that helps experienced developers compare technology stacks, follow transition roadmaps, review code examples, and prepare for stack-based interviews.
3. Educational Use
Knlock is designed for learning and career preparation. You are responsible for deciding how to apply the guidance, examples, and recommendations in your own work.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. One account is intended for one person only, and Knlock allows one active device or browser session at a time.
5. Payments and Refunds
Paid Pro subscription access depends on successful payment verification. Paid Pro subscriptions may be billed through Razorpay as the payment processor. Razorpay may process payment metadata needed to complete transactions, but Knlock does not store full card details. Refunds are handled according to published refund rules or applicable law.
6. Content and Learning Disclaimer
Knlock provides educational guidance, learning paths, examples, and interview preparation support. We do not guarantee employment, interview selection, interview outcomes, salary increases, or career results.
7. AI / Generated Content Disclaimer
Some explanations, comparisons, examples, or practice prompts may be AI-assisted. Users should independently verify critical technical, legal, career, or financial decisions before relying on generated content.
8. User Content
Resume uploads, skills, learning progress, prompts, and other user-submitted data remain user-owned. You grant Knlock permission to process that content only as needed to provide product features, analysis, support, and security.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not scrape the service, abuse infrastructure, reverse engineer private systems, attempt unauthorized access, spam users, submit illegal content, share one account across people, bypass session restrictions, or misuse Knlock in a way that harms the service or other people.
10. Intellectual Property
Knlock software, brand assets, interface design, learning content, and platform materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, screenshot, record, redistribute, publish, resell, or otherwise share paid content without permission. Official Copy Code buttons may be used for code snippets inside your own learning and work.
11. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse the product, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using Knlock at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knlock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Knlock after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
